Fierce Fun Toys –Toys with a Tale– started one fateful morning when its founder & Chief Story Teller, mother of two boys, was struck with a thought
during her morning shower, “This can’t be all there is. I’m starting my own company!”
Between her business acumen and her husband’s flatulence proclivity, the original toy and story concept of Norman PhartEphant®
was created. But one toy, one story, was not enough. More stories followed as their household expanded and
matured. Each story & toy served a different purpose and reflection events they were facing in their lives.
Each story added another layer to building a cultural inclusive world, delivering examples of diversity while
including silliness of animal adventures.
Beyond bringing humor and big messages
to growing minds, Fierce Fun Toys, LLC is a philanthropic for-profit company the donates a portion of our proceeds to a few
amazing charities that help children everywhere, including Half the Sky (supporting orphans in China) and Smile Train
(helping children with cleft lip/palette worldwide).
We know we can't help everyone, but that shouldn't stop us from trying to help someone.

Gratitudes - My boys are the primary testers & story listeners; along with their friends, shaping all our
products. Yes, this means there a long list of parents, sitters, school teachers, and preschool teachers that I need
to thank for allowing me to enter their lives/classrooms. And to my boys' teachers, thank you for understanding why
my children are so blunt about bodily functions! Together we will change the world!
